Coordinated Family Supports (CFS)
CFS is a service designed for adults with developmental/Intellectual disabilities who choose to live with their family. As a CFS provider, Community Interface Services coordinates and provides services tailored to the unique needs of the participant and their family in a manner that respects their language and culture.
The service can provide participants and their families assistance in areas such as how to find supports needed to remain in your home, learning how to access and navigate possible additional services, help making a plan for the future and address the needs of aging caregivers, and how to access training to maximize independence.
Services are available throughout San Diego County and funded by the San Diego Regional Center.
